Wise & Well
The purpose of Wise & Well is to provide sustainable experiences for our clients. By providing exposure to activities that they can continue on their own, with their children, or with friends, they will be better able to cope with the stresses of their lives and recover from past trauma. Better coping skills will lead to greater confidence and higher self-esteem. A person with a higher self-esteem is less likely to be either a victim or a perpetrator of violence. Child care is provided during the school year. Children are included in the class during the summer. The classes are free but we do ask that you register ahead of time so that we have enough materials on hand for everyone.
Classes are held Monday mornings at The Bridge Fremont Office, 10-11am. To register for a class, please call 402-721-4340 or email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
